It’s FINALLY that time of year – the trees are starting to get leaves, flowers are popping up, the sun has finally re-emerged – SPRING has arrived! Along with the refresh happening outside in nature, it’s also time to refresh some things around the house.

Usually first thing on my priority list with each new season is updating our front porch. It doesn’t seem to take very long and really has an impact on our house’s curb appeal. It’s the biggest impact for the least amount of effort in my book.

This Spring we have a new front porch area, so I had to re-imagine how I wanted it to look. I used a mix of items we already had (the planters, mat and lanterns) and added a few new items (the wreath and topiaries).

I decided to keep things pretty simple since there’s already a lot going on in the area and didn’t want the entryway to feel cramped. I might add a couple more pots to layer, but for now I’ll leave it to see how I feel. Besides, Amazon needs somewhere to set my packages. HA!!
